Enchanted Kingdom

1:04 PM

I've been in Enchanted Kingdom for so many times but this trip is different because this time, I'll be paying my own expenses and I'm grown up now. We had a three days rest day and I opted to have a laid back day with no contingency plan needed. Enchanted Kingdom is the first and largest world class theme park in the Philippines. It is located in Sta. Rosa Laguna, just 45 mins to 1 hour drive from Manila. Infact, it is considered as the "Disneyland" of the Philippines.

We paid 600 php for a regular day pass that includes UNLIMITED rides. Before, you can purchase tickets for the rides you only want to ride but now, it's all in. Ofcourse, discounts are still applicable for Senior Citizens and Students. You might want to check their website for the newly updated rates.

I didn't took many pictures of the place because I want to leave it in your imagination if you haven't been there. But I'll give you some hint on how the kingdom looks like and the most exciting part of my adventure.

Entrance to Boulderville

There are many different stalls available that offers different types of games. Mostly, the cost range from 50 php to 100 php. So be ready to prepare extra money if you'd like to try it out. The prizes are very eye catching ( Big stuff toys) Unfortunately, We failed in
getting ay one of those even after spending thousand pesos.

My turn to reach the top of the ladder

Horror House

Outside the Horror House

We paid extra 50 php each for an entrance fee to the not so scary horror house. I was a bit disappointed because it wasn't really too scary. The "Ghost" is not even good in playing his role.

RIALTO

Rialto has always been my favortie. Wearing 3D Glasses and it's moving chair is excites me everytime I go to EK. This just brings out the kid in me.

There's also 4D DISCOVERY  THEATER in EK for 50 php ( 17 mins) . I wasn't able to take photo inside because mobile phones needs to be turned off. The chair has no movement at all but you'll love the 4D effect.

What a gown!

There's a Santa Cruzan when we went there, Lovely beauty Queens parade their beauties eventhough it's raining. I only took a photo of my favorite. I don't know her but it says on her sash that she is a Ms.Philippines.

Beautiful gown with a Beautiful face

Talented kids dance to the rhythm

Log Jam

Upon entering the Jungle Log Jam, you'll see logs splashing into water. The thrilling part for me is when it takes us uphill and drop off quickly splashing into water. A bit scary and pray that you won't get too wet.

After our ride ( Thankfully, we weren't too wet)

Rio Grande

Crowded Line

I was supposed to take pictures while we were on the ride, but the water splashed all over me so I decided to keep my phone hidden on my bag. ( I was holding my bag trying to cover it inside my shirt)

WARNING: Don't try this ride if you  don't want to get wet. No matter how you try to hide yourself, you'll surely get wet but it's really exciting and not scary at all.

I'm wet!

As if i just took a bath

 Just roaming around the park

Fantastic Theme. It looks like you're in a foreign country.

Ekstreme Drop Tower

This ride is a 120 feet  that will leave your lungs hanging. Seriously, you won't know your emotions. It goes up slowly and will drop you in just few seconds. Just imagine how scary and thrilling it is.

This ride really made me cry. I'm sponteanous but I swear I won't try this out again. It spins so fast and will leave your heart in the air.

Souvenir Shop

My purchased Souvenir

You'll see a lot of souvenir shops around. I purchased my own slipper because my feet got soaked in water from Rio Grande and it was raining too. Thsi slipper only cost 250 php. Good purchased indeed.

Tips:

1. Do not bring your food, even beverages. It's not allowed inside. There are food courts inside but the price is a bit pricey. If you have vehicles, just like what we were doing before. Bring your food and just go to your car to eat it.
2. Bring extra money for souevenir, games and other rides that are not included in the ticket fee.

3. Wear your comfy outfit. Bring EXTRA clothes (even undies) most specially if you're planning to ride Rio Grande and Jungle Log Jam.

4. Get a map before you enter the park so you won't get lost.

5. Visit the website first BEFORE going. It's important toc heck their site so you'll knwo what time the park will open.It changes from time to time.
